A task of responsibility which I have always carried our with a high amount of passion in my heart accompanied with personal fascination”, explained Zipp at the assembly with 500 employees as he was informing about his follower.  For many years this change has been structured and planned together – together with the children Anna and Christian Zipp, the mother Hannelore and the brother Dr. Hans Peter Zipp. Now, after 30 years of work operation the moment has come for the new successor at the top of this enterprise taking his seat.
