Vocational Dual Studies
The Best of Both Worlds
Our Dillenburg Location
The vocational baccalaureate offers the opportunity to complete a Bachelor’s programme in business administration, industrial engineering or engineering while also working. This is called “Duales Studium,” or dual study. In addition to conventional theoretical work at the university, you also pursue practical work within the company. The vocational dual study programme at the Weber Group allows you to expand your theoretical knowledge while getting first hand experience with the real operations of the company, working on real projects and being fully integrated into our innovative corporate world. In addition to excellent career prospects, a vocational dual study offers another advantage: in contrast to most degrees, employees in our company receive a monthly salary.

- Anyone who has at least attained the Fachhochschulreife (technical college entrance qualification)

Student employees are always welcome at the Weber Group. We help the talents of tomorrow to apply the knowledge they have learned in the lecture hall today.
